  7. Ingredients:
  8. Crust:
  9. 2 cups crushed graham         4 tbls sugar
  10. crackers
  11. 1/4lb(or 1 stick) butter      
  12. (melted)
  13. Filling:
  14. 24oz Cream cheese             5 eggs
  15. 1 cup sugar                   1 tsp vanilla
  16. Topping:
  17. 16oz of Sour cream            4tblsp sugar
  18. 1tsp vanilla

  20. Instructions:
  21. Mix together crust ingredients and press into a 9 x 13 in
  22. pan
  23.  
  24. Cream the cheese (cream cheese should be at room temp).
  25. Add eggs one at a time, creaming each one into cheese before
  26. adding the next one.
  27. Mix in sugar slowly.
  28. Add vanilla.
  29. Pour onto crust.
  30. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Bake cake for 40 min.

  32. When cake comes out of the oven, turn up oven to 450
  33. degrees.
  34. Add topping to cake and put cake back in oven for 5 minutes.

  36. When cake is done, let cool. Then chill in frig for several
  37. hours (I usually
  38. leave it in the frig over night or all day).
