Ingredients:
Crust:
2 cups crushed graham 4 tbls sugar
crackers
1/4lb(or 1 stick) butter
(melted)
Filling:
24oz Cream cheese 5 eggs
1 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla
Topping:
16oz of Sour cream 4tblsp sugar
1tsp vanilla
Instructions:
Mix together crust ingredients and press into a 9 x 13 in
pan
Cream the cheese (cream cheese should be at room temp).
Add eggs one at a time, creaming each one into cheese before
adding the next one.
Mix in sugar slowly.
Add vanilla.
Pour onto crust.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Bake cake for 40 min.
When cake comes out of the oven, turn up oven to 450
degrees.
Add topping to cake and put cake back in oven for 5 minutes.
When cake is done, let cool. Then chill in frig for several
hours (I usually
leave it in the frig over night or all day).
